AuscorpIT collects minimal information regarding
the identity and transactions of unregistered visitors to the AuscorpIT website.
In general this is restricted to simple logging of the page visits and recording
of the IP address of the visiting machines. This information is used for
statistical and troubleshooting purposes. AuscorpIT do not collect any
personally identifying data on anonymous site visitors.
No cookies or similar hidden mechanisms are
uploaded to visitor machines at any time.

Registered users are those people who have chosen
to undertake online dealings with AuscorpIT. Information is retained regarding
these people and organisations to allow the best possible personalised online
services to be provided. Personally identifiable information including names,
addresses and contact numbers are never passed onto third parties from the
online database for any reason except where explicitly identified to the users.

The information stored about registered users is
always available upon request to each individual registered user. Users should

The online database is managed and hosted by a third party web services provider
and it is expected that this company shall provide a commercially reasonable
level of security to our data sources.

Form time to time AuscorpIT will email its
registered users with electronic advertising material regarding its services and
products and special offers. This will only be sent to registered users and such
users are always able to opt out of these mailouts by selecting appropriate
selections in the "My Options" area.
